What is the Iris Reporting System for?

Iris is intended to encourage all employees to disclose any wrongdoing that may adversely impact themselves, the Company, shareholders, employees or the public at large.

How can I make a report?

Employees seeking to make a report about any concern will have the following methods available for reporting the issue:
  • Direct Reporting: As established in the Company policies, employees have the option of reporting an issue directly to their supervisor, the General Counsel, the Head of the People Department or the CEO.
  • Iris Reporting System: Additionally, employees can report the matter through, an independent, anonymous, and secure reporting service delivered by Convercent Inc. The service is available 24 hours a day through these channels

What happens after I submit a report?

In all cases, the nature and circumstances of the report will determine the Company’s course of action. During the process of the investigation, the reporting party will be notified of the following:

What information must I provide to my report?

You must include in your report only the information necessary for the objective investigation of the case, providing details of the situation, when and how it occurred, as well as the people involved. Additionally, information about witnesses and any evidence that can be obtained is valuable and should be included.

What is my duty?

Your duty is to use this channel honestly to register true information presented with great details and supported by evidences wherever it is possible.

What are my rights?

  • Right to erasure: If you wish, you may request that your personal information be physically and logically deleted from the Channel databases. If you want to request the exclusion of information about any record you have made, please go to the “Track report” section of this website, inform your protocol number and a summary of the situation you wish to exclude.
  • Right to data rectification: If you wish, you may request and indicate corrections and/or supplements upon personal information previously reported. If you wish to change a record you have made, please go to the “Track report” section of this website, inform your protocol number and what information you wish to change.
  • Right to transparency: If you wish, you can request information about the processing and storage of your data, including: retention time, contact details of the person responsible for the personal data in the organization, and justification for keeping personal data stored.
