Shangri-La
Shangri-La is currently operating and holds a long-term PPA under Atlas Renewable Energy. The 201-MWp solar plant reached COD in November 2025, marking a major milestone for clean energy in Colombia.
Luiz Carlos
Luiz Carlos is currently operating and was developed under a BOT structure with ArcelorMittal. The 315-MWp centralized solar plant reached COD in 2025, marking the steelmaker’s first solar facility in Brazil. Following the start of operations, Atlas began the full transfer of asset ownership to ArcelorMittal Brazil under the terms of the agreement.

Vista Alegre is currently operating and holds a long-term PPA with Albras. The project reached COD in 2025.
La Pimienta
La Pimienta is currently operating and holds a 15-year PPA with CFE Suministro Basico. The project reached COD in 2022.
Guajiro
Guajiro is currently operating and holds a 15-year PPA with CFE Suministro Basico. The project reached COD in 2019.
Boa Sorte
Boa Sorte is currently operating and holds a 20-year PPA with ALBRAS. The project reached COD in 2024.
Lar Do Sol
Atlas Renewable Energy developed, built, and operated Lar do Sol from 2017-2024. Currently, the plant is owned and managed by Engie Brasil Energias Complementares Participaçõpes after a successful sale in 2024.
Casablanca
Casablanca is currently operating and holds a 15-year PPA with Anglo American. The project reach COD in 2022.
Jacaranda
Jacaranda is currently operating and holds a 15-year PPA with Dow Inc. The project reached COD in 2021.
Sertão Solar
Atlas Renewable Energy developed, built, and operated Sertão Solar from 2017-2024. Currently, the plant is owned and managed by Engie Brasil Energias Complementares Participaçõpes after a successful sale in 2024.
